Administrative Support V
Your Opportunity:
We're seeking experienced administrative support professionals to join the General Accounting team at Health Shared Services. The successful candidates will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly processes for the department. Key responsibilities include processing journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, and responding to general ledger inquiries. The role also supports day‑to‑day activities for general ledger, banking, and capital assets, provides assistance to other team members, and liaises with departments across the organization to resolve General Accounting related issues. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills and the flexibility to adjust to evolving priorities and organizational changes. There are 3 positions available.

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary education - an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. 3 to 5 years' experience working in a fast-paced accounting environment in a large scale organization. Previous experience with general ledger, capital assets, and/or banking preferred. Experience with MS Office products, OneDrive, Sharepoint, and Oracle. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities are a must.
