This Administrative Support V performs clerical and supervisory duties for Clinical Neurosciences, Medical Ambulatory Services, Cardiac Clinics, as well as Cardiovascular Diagnostics. You will be responsible for clinic resource scheduling, monthly data reporting and analysis along with supervision and coordination of clerical staff. You will require advanced administrative skills and knowledge, an ability to support complex and changing processes, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 2yrs in an ambulatory care setting as a clerk V or clerk IV. Experience with Connect Care, Slicer Dicer and Owl reporting. Experience with building clinic schedules and managing employee scheduling and payroll. Experience with WFM and timekeeping. Advanced administrative skills and knowledge. Strong organizational and scheduling abilities. Data reporting and analytical skills. Leadership and staff supervision experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a complex, multidisciplinary environment. Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Completion of a post-secondary education degree/certificate and medical terminology/office assistant course.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with the following Connect Care roles/courses: Cardiology Scheduler of Non-invasive procedures. Clinic scheduling Manager. Clinical View Only. Clinical View only with Basic Reporting. Lumens Advanced Scheduler. Referrals Coordinator. Experience with RMS, e-people reporting, WFM and payroll, timekeeping.
