Administrative Support V
Your Opportunity:
A key role within operations, the Administrative Support V provides a high level of professional, well-organized administrative support for the Executive Director, as well as day-to-day operational support assigned to the Executive Director. Working under limited supervision, the assignment is responsible for managing the Executive Directors calendar, email, preparing material for presentations, drafting memos and reports, and providing support and follow-up for key issues and meetings. Duties also include generating recruitment requisitions, coordination of recruitment files and interviews, tracking performance conversations, professional development and vacation requests, correspondence, minute and report writing, timekeeping and file management.

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of an Administrative Professional diploma or post-secondary education Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a health care-based setting. Advanced knowledge of computer and applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook email, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:Ability to work independently, under pressure, within short timelines, without compromise to quality. Excellent formatting, grammar, syntax and proof-reading skills. Minimum Typing speed of 60wpm. Excellent organizational communication, problem-solving, interpersonal skills.
