In this position, you will work closely with the Central Zone Pharmacy Director and Management Team providing advanced administrative, financial, and operational support. From managing complex calendars and preparing high-level reports to coordinating cross-zone projects and streamlining business processes, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with minimal guidance and direction. Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

The successful applicant will demonstrate: Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies to improve team efficiencies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for drafting, editing, and distributing corporate emails and documents. Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to hold others accountable to complete assigned tasks. High level of organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong aptitude with SharePoint site administration, including permissions, libraries, and workflows. Strong data management and reporting skills, including downloading, manipulating, validating, and compiling data from multiple sources. Advanced proficiency with computer technology and applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards), Outlook, Teams, OneNote and Planner. Experience managing administrative components of committee work. Likes a challenge and takes the initiative to make things better.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
