Administrative Support V
Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Flow Coordinator, this position performs complex clerical duties related to patient bed allocation, admissions, direct admissions, and transfers of patients. Responsible for accurately placing admissions according to the doctor, diagnosis and isolation requirements. This position serves as the point of initial contact for physicians seeking direct admissions. Communicates to a wide multi-disciplinary team when advocating for patient movement/admission.

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience with Connect Care-Bed Planner job functions.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the PLC units and services. Previous Bed Placement experience of 2 or more years.
