Your Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Patient Care Manager for the Medicine Program at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide advanced administrative support with a strong focus on recruitment and coverage for the Recruitment Liaison role. As a key liaison between leadership, frontline staff, and external stakeholders, the Administrative Support V plays an essential role in ensuring smooth recruitment processes and operational staffing support. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of AHS hiring and recruitment policies, collective agreements, and best practices in onboarding and orientation. Key responsibilities include coordinating reference checks, supporting new hire onboarding, scheduling buddy shifts, preparing orientation materials, and maintaining regular communication with applicants and hiring leaders. In addition, this role provides coverage for recruitment liaison duties related to scheduling and staffing support across the Medicine Program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting recruitment processes. Proficiency with the WFM Scheduler Program. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Advanced computer literacy.
