Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Advanced computer experience required including strong technical knowledge of MS Office (Excel including complex spread sheet management, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) required. Minimum 3 years of recent administrative experience in a health care-based organization supporting managerial roles in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of eManager, Oracle Business Systems e-people (recruitment, payroll) required. Knowledge of administrative office procedures required. Demonstration of a clear pattern of personal and professional growth and development. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. Proven communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and accurate information in response to complex inquiries. Strong process analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate communications skills that promote respect and a positive team environment in a highly demanding environment. Must demonstrate flexibility to accommodate competing and changing workload demands. Demonstrates advanced critical thinking skills integrating critical thinking abilities. Preferred Qualifications:Five years’ experience with progressively increased responsibility in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity required, healthcare experience particularly in an ambulatory care setting.
