Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Secretarial or Office Administration certification/diploma required. Must have three to four years of administrative/secretarial experience, preferably within a healthcare setting. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Must have advanced/intermediate knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to RMS, Internet/Intranet, Connect Care, Tableau, ESP, finance applications such as Oracle to reconcile invoices, e-Facilities, IT/HR Service Hub, and as well as all Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams). Resilience, flexibility and adaptability in a complex, rapidly changing environment. Position requires excellent organizational/public relation skills; strong commitment to customer satisfaction; high level of tact and discretion; sound judgment and the ability to work independently under pressure and within short timelines—without compromise to quality. Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm, with excellent formatting, grammar, syntax and proof-reading skills and overall attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:At least 3-5 years of progressive experience providing administrative and operational support to a Senior Leader. Experience supervising administrative staff. Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a community-based addiction and mental health environment.
