Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:One year post-secondary training in secretarial arts, business administration, and healthcare related discipline/courses. Thorough knowledge of computers and various software, i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Must be trained in Environment for Scheduling Personnel System (ESP). Must be trained in e-People Recruitment Management System (RMS). Computer literacy essential.
Preferred Qualifications:A combination of experiences and education would be considered. Experience in a healthcare or customer-focused setting. Excellent formatting, grammar, syntax and proofreading skills. Experience with Microsoft Office. Previous experience with Recruitment preferred.
