Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Required Formal education: Grade 12 diploma. Certificate in Office or Business Administration or a Unit Clerk Course. Required Experience: 3 years in a high stress, highly demanding and multi-tasking environment. High degree of skill with problem solving and critical thinking skills. Payroll, ESP, RMS and e-people experience. Microsoft work applications. Must be able to lift office supplies and work at a computer.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to work with frequent interruptions. Be able to work independently and accept accountability.
