Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Communicable Disease Control (CDC) Administrative Support program experience of at least one year within the last 2 years (notifiable disease, outbreak reporting, and/or immunization administrative support). Demonstrated advanced experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel, specifically utilizing formulas, pivot tables and manipulating data in a fast-paced professional environment. Demonstrated professional experience leading and managing Administrative Support teams. Experience using Netcare, Meditech, CDOM, and ESP.
