Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of five years’ experience in progressively responsible senior administrative positions within a health care-based organization. Ability to support staff with a variety of applications and web-based platforms. Coordinating projects and project support experience. Financial and accounting systems. Human Resources systems. Fluency with virtual platforms (e.g.: Teams, Zoom). Experience with other platforms and programs (e.g., SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat). Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills. Critical thinking and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage competing, evolving, and complex demands. Creativity, flexibility, initiative and attention to detail. Experience in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrate diplomacy, tact and be able to manage issues that are confidential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced training in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Timekeeping, SharePoint, Teams, Red Cap.
