Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of Grade 12, supplemented by a post-secondary secretarial/office administration certificate; a combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience preferably in a health-related environment is required. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in working with various computer programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, One Note, Microsoft Teams), Visio, Zoom, Outlook, SharePoint, and Internet.
Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management skills required with ability to multitask, prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and difficult issues in a sensitive, confidential and timely manner. Working knowledge of AHS systems/processes is an asset. Excellent aptitude for interpersonal relations combined with ability to interact with senior management/team members in a professional and efficient manner.
