Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Candidates for this position must possess the following skills/attributes: superior attention to detail, especially in data entry and reviewing documents; excellent writing skills; customer services skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders; organizational skills, especially in tracking the coming and going of documents. A high level of capability in using Excel is required and ideally in other programs like Word, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe. Comfort with some financial analysis, in order to support accrual and variance activities, would be an asset. Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates should have a diploma in health services administration, business, arts or sciences, or other significant, comparable preparation.
