Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. 1 - 3 years staff scheduling experience with proficient use of the ESP application required. Excellent verbal and written communication in the business context is necessary, including professional telephone edict. Ability to work independently with minimal direction and within the team is a requirement. Strong sense of customer service and attention to detail is essential. Proficient use of ESP is necessary. A working knowledge of the various applicable collective agreements and pay codes is required. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post - secondary education preferred with a diploma or certificate in business or health care. Timekeeping experience in ESP and E-People is preferred.
