Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Strong organizational and communication skills required in order to successfully meet deadlines. Experience with the Public Health Agency reporting system required (within last year). Ability to analyze data and provide interpretation of reports for all requestors. Strong advocacy skills and ability to liaise with contact in Alberta Health Services as well as Public Health Agency of Canada. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to work with staff and physicians for recruitment of participants. Must be able to multi-task, while giving significant attention to details. Must have recent previous health care research experience (3-5 years). Strong computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of trauma scoring and ICD coding preferred. Coordination of research projects is preferred. Data collection methodology is preferred. A diploma or certificate in health or related field required (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
