Completion of Grade 12 required. Office Administration certificate and/or equivalent may be considered. 1 to 3 years previous experience in health care. Superior communication, interpersonal skills and working with all levels of management and staff. Exemplary computer skills with full knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrated proficiency in the English language, both written and oral required. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to adapt to constantly changing environment and new situations. Aptitude to provide a positive and friendly approach in dealing with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity. Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles.
