Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:Diploma in Volunteer Resources/Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Management in Human and Social Services. Supervisory experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of experience, volunteer management, education and training may be considered. This position requires a vehicle for business use. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel is required. Personal volunteer experience is essential. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar leadership role within a volunteer service environment in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is preferred.
