Administrative Support IV - Staffing Liaison

The Critical Care Program at the UAH is looking for a flexible, creative and detail-oriented Staffing Liaison for our GSICU and Burn Unit. You have working experience and knowledge in basic office software and are an expert using WFM software for scheduling and payroll. Your job will be to complete complex and often urgent staff scheduling tasks within short timelines. Attention to detail is crucial. You must easily adapt to frequent interruptions and shifting priorities as you ensure the Critical Care Units are staffed appropriately in accordance with AHS policies, procedures and collective agreement provisions. Your excellent customer service skills enable you to provide outstanding support to employees and management. As a Staffing Liaison you are essential to ensuring that staff are in place to provide critical patient care. This position consists of days, evenings and weekends.

Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 1 year scheduling experience utilizing ESP/WFM. Timekeeping/payroll experienced in a unionized setting. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference will be given to applicants who have regular, weekly availability.
