Additional Required Qualifications:Unit Clerk certificate and Medical Terminology from a recognized post-secondary institution. A minimum of 5 years’ Timekeeping/payroll experience with AHS scheduling software (Kronos, ESP, ASC 7 e-people). Knowledge of the applicable collective agreements and pay codes. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision required. Able to recognize and maintain confidential information. Knowledge of the applicable collective agreements and pay codes. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and especially Excel. Working knowledge of surgery and operating room demands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Demonstrated reliability and dependability. Experience working in a unionized, health care and/or 24/7 environment.
