Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Self-starter that works well in collaborative, team environment. Experience using Skype for business in a professional environment. Able to meet the physical demands of the job; able to stand, bend, kneel, push and carry supplies and/or equipment (no more than 50 LB) for extended periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with reporting. Knowledge of travel, audio visual, room setup and catering service arrangements. Experience using SharePoint and MS Visio in a professional setting. Experience in a Health Care setting. Working knowledge of an event booking system. Experience using MarkView and iExpense.
