Your Opportunity:

The Learning Supports Coordinator plays an instrumental role by supporting managers and trainers for providing end users with education on Connect Care. The position is responsible for organizing a number of activities that ensure the goals and objectives of the Connect Care Learning Program are achieved. Duties will include planning, scheduling and general execution of all learning support tasks to configure and maintain the course schedule on the Learning Management System MyLearningLink (MLL). In addition, the role will provide support for issues related to course schedule, MLL reporting, tracking of Connect Care roles in the Identity Access Management (IAM) database, and training requirements. A significant portion of this job will be to coordinate learning sessions using the Learning Portal in conjunction with the trainers. You will create, modify and cancel sessions on the Learning Portal as necessary. You will be responsible for course roster management, including the roster of attendees, withdrawals and attendance updates, as well as distribution of the roster to the trainers. Generation and communication of training session reports to trainers and leadership are a key responsibility. Learner support will be provided to end users through a dedicated Learner’s Support Centre. It will be important to communicate details about training sessions, answer questions, respond to inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues related to scheduling, attendance reporting and tracking of courses. With a focus on engagement and collaboration, the Connect Care Learning Support team, will work in partnership within and across diverse clinical, medical and corporate service areas within partner organizations, vendor and other external stakeholders in support of the Connect Care program and systems.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience with workplace training programs and training administration. Experience with using administrative rights on a Learning Management System or other enterprise information system.

Preferred Qualifications:

Three (3) years' experience in developing large, complicated schedules and working with managers on operations constraints to scheduling. Previous experience and training as a MyLearningLink (MLL) Session Coordinator.
