Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Two years recent experience working in an office environment is required. Previous staffing/scheduling clerk experience is required. Minimum one year recent experience (within 3 years) working in a customer service role is required. Excellent written / oral communication skills are required. Effective interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and multi-tasking skills are required. Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Access and Word] are required. Must be able to work for long periods of time on a computer; must be able to sustain repetitive motions in data entry. Lifting/moving supplies and resources (less than 25lbs) is required. Must be self-motivated and able to set priorities, balance workload and meet deadlines. Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail with high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of TeleStaff and SharePoint is preferred. Solid understanding of Collective Agreements (UNA/AUPE) is preferred. Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and independence in a team environment. Ability to adapt in a busy and fast paced environment. Ability to deal with varied and diverse issues, groups and individuals.
