Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years’ experience in Addiction and Mental Health, working directly with vulnerable populations required. Applicable diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a related field; experience in lieu may be considered. Advanced computer skills to include the full MS Office Suite. Experience in developing training modules and ability to deliver engaging presentations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Well-developed critical thinking skills. Excellent inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to ethically balance business and client-service needs. Experience managing multiple priorities. Broad knowledge and understanding of community-based services and intervention programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
