Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in Addiction and Mental Health, working directly with vulnerable populations required. Advanced computer skills to include the full MS Office Suite. Experience in developing training modules and ability to deliver engaging presentations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Well-developed critical thinking skills. Excellent inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to ethically balance business and client-service needs. Experience managing multiple priorities. Broad knowledge and understanding of community-based services and intervention programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
