Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).
Additional Required Qualifications:Applicable diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution; experience in lieu may be considered. Minimum 3 years of experience working in an addiction and mental health environment required; working directly with vulnerable populations, required. Advanced computer skills to include the full MS Office Suite. Experience in developing training modules and ability to deliver engaging presentations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Well-developed critical thinking skills. Excellent inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills.
