Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent is required along with completion of post-secondary education in a related field such as Business Administration, Medical Office Assistant, etc. Must have at least two years of Admin Support experience. Training and experience using ESP and ePeople scheduling and timekeeping is required. Exceptional communication, organizational skills and attention to detail is required as well as the ability to independently & appropriately prioritize in an atmosphere of competing demands and frequent interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to those with experience in a staffing office or timekeeping/scheduling role and those who have completed an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program and have previous Unit Clerk experience in an acute care or intensive care setting.
