Required Qualifications:

Completion of some post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant). Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Additional Qualifications:

Previous Staffing Clerk experience is essential along with related office experience, preferably in a high demand healthcare setting. Administrative Support experience of at least one year is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e-People, and Kronos/Telestaff are required. Strong proof reading, typing, verbal, and written communication skills are a necessity. The incumbent should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and be proactive while remaining calm under pressure. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, superior organizational/planning skills, and enjoy being a contributing member of a team. Proven performance demonstrating attention to detail and consistent, sound decision making ability required. Must demonstrate flexibility in order to accommodate competing and changing workload demands. Must have the ability to work under pressure with significant mental/visual demands while handling competing and frequently changing priorities within tight time lines. An ability to work independently with minimal direction is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference may be given to Post-secondary education (e.g. Office Administration).
