Additional Required Qualifications:One year of direct experience with the Environmental Public Health Information System. One year of direct experience with Genesys Cloud. One year of experience with a regulatory agency that works within a legislative framework for education and legislation enforcement. Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Strong conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational & prioritization skills. Ability to work well independently and as a team member. Self-directed and self-motivated. Able to work at a fast pace. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Exceptional time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Two years of direct experience with the Environmental Public Health Information System. Two years of direct experience with Genesys Cloud. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a benefit.
