Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service environment in progressively responsible roles. Excellent command of the English language - both written and verbal. Superior active listening and interpretive skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and telephone skills. Ability to work on an independent but collaborative basis, dealing effectively with individuals at all levels and possess a high degree of initiative, judgement and decision making capabilities in resolving complex client requests/issues must be flexible in order to accommodate competing and changing workload demands. Knowledge of PeopleSoft and/or other HRMS applications and position management principles. Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, multi-task, meet deadlines and handle overlapping demands. Provides exemplary customer service. Intermediate level in MS Access, Excel, Word, Outlook.
