Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of an Administrative Professional diploma, Office Assistant certificate, Business Administration certificate, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and relevant administrative experience. Minimum two years of administrative experience, preferably at an Admin IV level and preferably in healthcare or another complex operational environment. Experience with several of the following: timekeeping and payroll support, recruitment and onboarding coordination, records management, and routine financial transactions. Experience handling confidential employee information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, iExpense, WFM, ePeople and Teams. Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a busy environment. Strong communication, judgment, discretion, and collaboration skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience within AHS or another large healthcare organization. Experience with e-People, ESP, RMS, Connect Care, SharePoint, or related systems. Experience supporting scheduling and payroll processes in a unionized environment. Advanced Excel, reporting, or data-management skills. Event planning experience is an asset.
