Administrative Support IV
Your Opportunity:
This Administrative Support IV is a multi-skilled position supporting the Digital Health Access team within the Clinical Operations Informatics Office. Working independently with minimal supervision, the role supports the administrative duties including IAM access management, Connect Care training coordination/enrollment and report generation for all Connect Care third-party users. Additional duties include maintaining third party personnel files, departmental forms, auditing reports and completion tracking, and supporting workshops, training initiatives, and onboarding activities. The Administrative Support IV also manages information and reporting functions by maintaining data integrity, generating reports, compiling statistics, and updating information systems. This position requires strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support the effective operation of Digital Health Access team.

Additional Required Qualifications:Customer service oriented and learner-centered thinking. Good understanding of the Health Care industry. Demonstrated, communication, collaboration and organizational skills. Extensive related experience in LMS as an administrator and end user. Proficiency in MS Office Suite including PPT, Word, Project, Visio & Excel. Proficiency with Support Ticketing systems, working with support environments and IT access tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across disciplines. Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Self-starter. Can work independently. Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual team environment. Time-management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:MS Office Suite, SharePoint, LMS training (MyLearningLink Session Coordinator), Service Now or other ticketing system training.
