You will join a newly created role in a brand-new facility, playing a key part in building efficient processes and supporting a growing operation from the ground up. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment by providing advanced administrative, scheduling, payroll, human resources, data management, and financial support. Your work will directly impact the delivery of pharmacy distribution and clinical services, ensuring smooth and effective operations. You will collaborate closely with leaders, managers, and frontline staff, bringing forward ideas that enhance workflows and improve efficiency. As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

To ensure your skills and qualifications are considered, attach a resume and cover letter with your application. Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by an Office Assistant Certificate, Administrative Professional Diploma or completed undergraduate degree. Five (5) years of experience in a senior administrative role within the last eight (8) years. An administrative assessment will be required as part of this recruitment process.

Preferred Qualifications:

Work experience within AHS/other healthcare environment. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet creation). Experience with e-People, RMS, and other AHS administrative systems. Timekeeping and payroll experience is an asset. Creating/managing a workforce schedule in complex unionized environment is an asset.
