Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proficient skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and more. Develop, compose, and format templates, spreadsheets, documents, reports, as well as correspondence. Create, maintain, and update data that impacts site functionality (e.g. Instructional Manuals/SOPs, Education Tracker, Emergency Binders, New Employee Orientation checklists and packages for different disciplines, Resident Welcome and Admission Packages, Resident and Family Council). Prepares and disseminates required documentation to support operational / business events (e.g. agendas, minutes, newsletter, Quality Improvement and Communications boards). Manages various schedules by coordinating resources and determining appropriate timing and priority for booking meetings, interviews, education and training, liaise with internal departments, contracted partners, external agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to support initiatives and ensure effective communication. Proficiency in navigating e-people, RMS, and IAM, creation and submission of position postings, coordinate onboarding and offboarding documentation, orientation, system access. Apply terms and conditions of multiple Collective Agreements to schedule staff for shifts and vacation planning.
