The Administrative Support IV provides administrative and operational support to IT Leadership while serving as a primary on-site contact. Responsibilities include supporting IT leaders through meeting coordination, preparing correspondence and reports, processing invoices and expenses, billing reconciliation, supporting internal communications, assisting with departmental coordination and other office administration duties. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Other key responsibilities include receiving and distributing mail and deliveries, coordinating office access and workspace needs, managing office supplies, and acting as the primary liaison for daily maintenance and facility-related matters. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and building management while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.
