Administrative Support IV
Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Stollery Social Work Program Manager, the Administrative Support IV provides day-to-day support to both the Social Work and Assist programs. This role supports the Manager and the broader Social Work team by keeping operations organized and running smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and preparing meetings. The role also handles staff scheduling and payroll processing, responds to operational needs, and completes required reporting and information management tasks. Financial duties are part of the position, including P-Card reconciliation and tracking and managing Foundation budgets. This position acts as a resource across the program portfolio, so strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a team environment are essential. Maintaining professional boundaries and following AHS policies and procedures is critical. The successful candidate will reflect the values and mission of AHS and demonstrate strong engagement skills in their daily work.

Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:3-5 years’ experience in an intermediate or higher administrative support capacity. This position requires excellent written and verbal skills; collaboration; discretion; organization; AHS policy and protocol knowledge; understanding of basic accounting; excellent computer skills; managing internal and external relationships and administrative duties. This role requires a working comprehension of Insite, RMS, Outlook, Excel, ePeople, Markview and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. Excellent critical thinking skills, proofreading, formatting and grammar skills. Proven ability to produce high quality work, excellent organizational and time management skills; work independently with frequent interruptions and multi-task under pressure. Ability to recognize and handle confidential information in a professional manner.
