Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary education (Medical Office Assistant/ Medical Secretary/Unit Clerk Course). Excellent command of the English language (verbal, written and comprehension). Previous Admin IV experience. 3 years' experience working in ambulatory care setting. Strong understanding of Path to Care and Referral Management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word. Proficient in navigating Connect Care. Experience working within a multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary team. Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional prioritizing and time management skills. Patient and Family Centered Care advocate. Up to Date Annual Education. Leader of AHS Values.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Payroll. Data Management experience. Quality Improvement Experience. Evidence of personal growth and education, eg) Conflict Resolution, Art of Accountability, Leading with Values.
