Your Opportunity:
The Pediatric Community Rehabilitation Program provides multidisciplinary services for children aged 0–18 across community sites in Calgary and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking an energetic and flexible Administrative Support IV to join our team. What You’ll Do Working in a Central Access Triage System you will be processing and triaging referrals, client self-referrals, and booking according to program pathways and targets. Collaborating with the Clinical lead team and referring sources to process referrals. Data entry and appointment scheduling/rescheduling. Creating scheduling templates. Providing clerical support to Therapists and Therapy Assistants. Offering general program and office support. Running reports and audits. This position may support other sites as needed. Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:Working knowledge of Connect Care. Working knowledge and experience working in a CAT. Experience in a community setting within the last 2 years. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical office or multidisciplinary healthcare setting. Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer). Experience with referrals, appointment scheduling, health record documentation, and telephone communications. Recent experience in a Pediatric Community Rehabilitation Center or similarly sized program.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a Pediatric program within the last 2 years. Demonstrates excellent teamwork and commitment to their career advancement.
