Additional Required Qualifications:

Other responsibilities may include data control audits, file maintenance and data entry. Attention to detail is extremely important in this position and the incumbent must display a high degree of accuracy while meeting the workload demands. Strong organization skills are required as this positions environment may have frequent interruptions, short deadlines and changing priorities. Key responsibilities include daily cash handling/auditing/reconciliations of financial documents. Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Strong organization skills and experience working under pressure with multiple short deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with external and internal stakeholders. Experience in demonstrating initiative, good judgement flexibility in handling difficult client and operational issues. Computer software/applications competency. Minimum typing speed of 40 words/minute. Completion of some post-secondary coursework. Example: courses in office or business administration. Advanced Knowledge of MS products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. and web-based applications. Cash handling/auditing experience. Customer Service Experience both written and verbal. *Skill testing may be required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Knowledge of ePeople, T2 Systems. Previous Parking customer service experience preferably in a hospital environment. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
