Additional Required Qualifications:Experience providing advanced administrative support in a fast paced office or healthcare environment; Proven ability to manage complex calendars, appointments, and multi stakeholder scheduling; Experience coordinating logistics such as meeting rooms, equipment, travel arrangements, and related resources; Strong skills in preparing, editing, and formatting professional documents, agendas, minutes, and correspondence; Able to maintain databases, updating records, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems; Proficient with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, and database systems; Experience using scheduling software (e.g. MySchedule powered by Infor WFM, ESP, KRONOS, or similar systems).
Preferred Qualifications:Experience processing payroll transactions and resolving payroll related inquiries; Experience handling accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial documentation such as invoices or expense claims; Experience applying Collective Agreement rules or similar scheduling guidelines to staff scheduling.
