Administrative Support IV
Your Opportunity:
The Emergency Department at the Royal Alexandra Hospital is looking for a flexible, creative and detail-oriented unit-based Staffing Clerk (Administrative Support IV). You are experienced and knowledgeable in basic office software and an expert using WFM software for scheduling and payroll. Your job will be to complete complex and often urgent staff scheduling tasks within short timelines. Attention to detail is crucial. You easily adapt to frequent interruptions and shifting priorities as you ensure that Emergency services is staffed appropriately in accordance with AHS policies, procedures and collective agreement provisions. Your excellent customer-service skills enable you to provide outstanding customer service to employees and management. You are a skilled communication, both verbally and in-writing, and are a front-facing representative of the respectful and collaborative workplace culture of the RAH ED. As a Staffing Clerk you are essential in ensuring that staff are in place to provide essential patient care.

Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 1 year scheduling experience utilizing ESP/WFM. Timekeeping / payroll experience in unionized environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference given to candidates with direct unit-based staffing experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in Emergency department staffing within the past two years.
