Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Parking Services Coordinator, performing the following duties including others as directed by management. Some of the primary duties include customer service support at the front window in the parking office, the administration of parking privileges to staff, patients, and visitors. Order and monitor general office supplies, placard inventory and operational supplies, part of managing office supplies requires lifting/carrying of 25lbs printer paper boxes and document storage boxes and carry as needed. Perform and manage audit data reviews to meet scheduled deadlines. Complete parking applications, suspensions, cancellations, deductions, etc. for staff and multiple 3rd parties. Secondary duties may include creating and maintaining parking operational reports, cash handling reports and other financial records including department and contractor invoices. Create, prepare, maintain, and analyze Excel Spreadsheets and maintain and analyze Access database files Manage parking information using various databases. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Support with submitting violation appeals and unique parking requests. Track and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and expenses using e-People, T2 Systems. Analyze financial and operational data and recommend improvements to the Parking Manager. Coordinate situations involving towing vehicles. The employee would need to make decisions on the spot based on the information provided.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint. 1+ years' experience working in a position primarily facilitated on computers. 2+ years' experience in cash and credit card handling, and 1+ years' experience in financial auditing and/or reconciling. 1+ years' experience working for a parking operation. 1+ years customer service experience and in an administrative role. Ability to walk 1-3kms. Ability to lift 11.34 (25lbs).

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years' experience with parking equipment reporting systems. Knowledge of e-People and Oracle systems an asset. Knowledge of T2 Systems software and web interface an asset. 1+ year experience handling unpaid citations, and parking fees an asset. 1+ years' experience working at a License Registries an asset.
