Your Opportunity:

Community Addiction and Mental Health Clinic (CAMHC) – Central Services is an adult generalist outpatient clinic that provides recovery and goal-directed assessment and treatment that is time-effective for individuals who are struggling with moderate to severe addiction and mental health concerns. Our clinic offers a multidisciplinary team approach including psychiatry, a therapist/case manager who may be a nurse, social worker or psychologist, and other adjunct allied health support services such as occupational therapy and outreach/transitions support. Addiction and Mental Health services are focused on providing client and family-centered care. The client and their treatment team will work together in developing a treatment plan with specific goals that will support the client in their journey towards recovery. We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Support IV to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Manager and Admin V, the Admin IV has the following responsibilities: booking psychiatry consults and clinics; templating calendars in Connect Care; attending meetings and minute taking; scanning client heath information; completing Recovery Alberta and clinic forms; entering data into various systems such as Connect Care, excel spreadsheets, and other relevant clinic systems; liaising with Recovery Alberta and non-Recovery Alberta colleagues; responding to e-facilities concerns; managing requests for IT and clinical applications; and completing transactions in various Recovery Alberta systems inclusive of e-People, iProcurement, and Markview. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of community-based or office administration experience, within the area of mental health. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize administrative demands in a busy, outpatient clinic setting. Ability to manage phone calls with clients who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and their presentation over the phone. Recent experience entering information into Connect Care. Recent experience with payroll and time entry in e-People. Demonstrated use of Markview, i-Expense, i-Procurement and related purchasing processes. Demonstrated use of e-Facilities system.
