Administrative Support IV
Your Opportunity:
This position if responsible for the administrative support for the ongoing operations of the Urgent Mental Health. Duties include preparing and distributing minutes, data entry, compiling statistical information, organizing mail, chart management, filing, typing correspondence, receiving and responding to telephone and fax communications, photocopying, ordering and maintaining supplies, sending emails to the team and creating posters for the monthly education and registration of the participants. This individual communicates information appropriately, answers and responds to telephone inquiries and anticipates the needs and demands of the program. This individual must have proficient organizational and communication skills. In addition, this position is the scheduling liaison for the department and communicates with staffing and reviews payroll timecards. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Additional Required Qualifications:Experience working in Mental Health, working with vulnerable populations, ability to work in demanding and dynamic conditions. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, experience with connect care, experience with ESP/WFM, and timekeeping. Experience with building rotation and rotation management.
Preferred Qualifications:Mindfulness about cultural and gender diversity and positive regard towards clients. Knowledge of systemic issues such as poverty and stigma.
