Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support the Allied Health & Patient Experience (AHPE) team at Alberta Hospital Edmonton (AHE). This position provides administrative and operational support to two AHPE Care Managers and their portfolios, including six departments and multiple operational programs offering therapeutic services to Adult Acute, Forensic, and Tertiary psychiatry programs. The ideal candidate requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. This role involves managing multiple calendars and inboxes, facilitating team communication, and maintaining digital records using Microsoft 365 tools, including the management and oversight of the AHPE SharePoint site. The incumbent will also support AHPE teams with staffing support, provincial fleet transportation, and day-to-day operational/administrative tasks. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote). Must have strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills. Shortlisted candidates must complete skills testing related to administrative tasks and Microsoft 365 proficiency as part of the selection process.

Preferred Qualifications:

2-3 years' experience within a similar administrative role. Connect Care proficiency. Infor WFM - staff scheduling.
