Additional Required Qualifications:Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) required. Knowledge of computer programs including Connect Care, Netcare, ESP, e-People are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Courteous and pleasant telephone manners required. Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work under pressure with minimal supervision required. Proven reliability and dependability required. In accordance with Health Information Act (HIA), Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIP) and other privacy legislation in effect the incumbent shall comply at all times with APL / AHS’s Information Privacy and Information Security policies. Current Booking office experience within the last two years.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a Pediatric OR, Pediatric Day Ward, Pediatric PAC/SDAS and Pediatric OR Booking Office setting preferred within the last two years.
