Administrative Support IV
Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Support IV is a working level, multi-skilled position that supports the Provincial Telepsychiatry Program based out of Centennial Centre in Ponoka. Must be able to work primarily independently to support the high volume of referrals, and scheduling of telehealth appointments and sites. Supports over 20 psychiatrists to assist with creating client-specific referral packages, coordinating schedules/virtual links/appointments, and ability to handle a high call volume to provide appointment bookings and reminders. Liaisons with multiple community providers throughout the province and work collaboratively with the telepsychiatry triage nurse. Will require critical thinking to be able to prioritize tasks in order to support the program.
