Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years Diagnostic Imaging experience required. Post-secondary education required (e.g. courses related to Business Management, Medical Office Assistant or equivalent certificate). Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint required. Previous experience compiling reports required. Connect Care experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, work in shared office spaces, with frequent interruptions. Must have the ability to work under pressure, with significant mental/visual demands, and handle competing and frequently changing priorities, within tight deadlines. Must be able to work early and late shifts, including evening coverage, including patient facing duties. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (paper boxes, supplies, etc.).
