Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years Dental Administration experience that includes Gold Dental and Sidexis Software or alternate dental software. Knowledge of medical terminology is required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within a healthcare environment working with providers. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel reports. Minimum 1 year of Connect Care and Net Care experience. Knowledge of cash handling, A/R and A/P, month end reporting. Submitting Insurance claims and set-up and maintaining online insurance accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working as a Dental office assistant. Clinical scheduling is an asset. Ability to manage patient records with confidentiality and accuracy with an ability to identify discrepancies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to critically think with demonstrated ability in problem solving complex issues. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high volume of calls.
