Your Opportunity:

St. Therese – St. Paul Healthcare Centre is looking for a strong individual to fill an integral administrative role. This is a temporary position that will work directly with the Site Manager. In this role you will need to be an excellent problem solver and communicator, both verbally and written, as you work with a multi-disciplinary team in a complex healthcare environment. You must be comfortable pivoting from one task to another as there will be multiple demands on your time such as completing memos, briefing notes, scheduling, ID cards, facility tours, as well as other duties as required. Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills will be required to complete daily tasks. The team you will be working with are dedicated in providing patient and family centred care and going above and beyond every day. St. Therese located in St. Paul, Alberta is situated within Treaty Six Territory, the homeland of the Metis, Dene, Saulteaux and Cree people, and part of a trading route and gathering place for other Indigenous Nations. The Town of St. Paul lies within Alberta’s lake country about 200 kilometres northeast of Edmonton, you can find all the essential amenities, a variety of recreational options including sports, arts, and social groups, and enjoy outdoor playground right in your backyard. Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within a healthcare environment. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. e-People and RMS experience. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Displayed ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of a Medical Office Assistant or equivalent would be very helpful to carry out the duties required in this role. Experience with customer service. Preference will be given to those with previous experience working as a medical office assistant/secretary.
